There is a one time set-up fee of only $190 to design a simple 5 page website. This includes registering a domain name (www.yourname.com). This fee also includes posting pictures you want on yor site. I require at least half of this fee be paid before I begin work on your site.   Then there is a $10 per month fee for WEB HOSTING space and publishing the web pages on the web host servers. This includes the annual charge for the Domain Name with the register. It also includes email forwarding service, (i.e. info@yourname.com, service@yourname.com, name@yourname.com) that is forwarded to any existing email address you have.   If you require extra services like a Guest Book or Forms, they sometimes have to be hosted by other companies at additional cost per year. If interested, we will quote a cost depending on your needs. You may pay the monthly fee for a year in advance and get one month free...$110. So if you pay for the 1st year all at once, the total for the year is $300 ($190.00 one time chg. + $110.00 Hosting Chg.) You are then billed $110 annually, or I can bill you $10 each month if you like.   If after the website is designed to your satisfaction you wish to make changes later on, small changes are free, and large changes are $20 for each page.   If you would like more than 5 pages on your website, additional pages are designed for $25 each.   If you require a smaller website of only one or two pages, I will design an average size home page for $85 with additional page(s) for $25 each.
